This music-driven, high intensity interval training format will light you up!! 

This is not a dance-fitness format!  
In a one-hour class you’ll burn calories while strengthening arms, legs, abs, and glutes.  Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

New class starts Tuesday, Dec. 5th, 7:30 p.m. at 24 Hour Simi Madera.  Mats are available, but bring your own if you prefer.
