Pre-registration required.  Online registration is here.  Please contact the Center for information. 

Ages 18 and up welcome.  No drop-ins.  Classes are run in sessions by the month and expire at the end of each month.

Please arrive to class on time so that you can complete the entire warm up.  This is an integral part of your workout and will help prevent injuries.

Appropriate footwear required.  No sandals, flip flops, open-toed shoes, or bare feet.

Body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and other equipment is used.  Dumbbells provided.  Cardio elements may also be done.  Must be able to get up and down to floor.  Participants will be required to clean the equipment they use during class. 

This class is focused on improving muscle mass and bone density. Participants will be progressed from their current capability to a higher level of fitness.  Improve your form for push ups, squats, lunges, and other exercises.
