To achieve fitness and weight loss goals, your fitness program needs to incorporate strength and endurance training, cardiovascular training, flexibility and balance training, and diet. Strength training combined with cardio training is the most effective way to change your body, and it's a myth that women who strength train become bulky. You'll lose fat, gain lean muscle, and feel more energetic when you focus on all the elements of fitness. Del is a certified Weight Loss Specialist, so you can feel confident that you'll get solid advice and assistance.
It's also important for everyone to build and retain muscle mass and maintain balance to prevent falls as we age.
Del can help you to attain your goals, whether it's to increase strength and endurance, for weight loss, or to train for a specific athletic activity.
It's never too late to start your healthy fitness habit!
Please consult a physician before starting ANY exercise program.
