Welcome to Fitness with Del, your fitness solution in the Conejo Valley! Del Herrera is a certified Personal Trainer (NASM) available for private or group strength training sessions.
Del is also certified by NASM as a Group Personal Training Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist. She is also a certified ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. If muscle gain, weight maintenance, or fat loss is your goal, contact her to set up personal training sessions. Del is available for private in-person training or small group (2 to 3 people) training by referral only. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Calls or emails received before or after those hours will be returned during business hours. Del teaches several different group fitness formats and is certified with AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor and with NASM for multiple certifications. Click on the links below to get information.
