This class focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises and helps you release stress and improve your range of motion.  Class is 30 minutes long and you will improve strength as well as flexibility as you progress through patterns designed to keep you moving at your best.

Pre-registration required. 

Ages 14 and up welcome.  No drop-ins.  Classes are run in sessions by the month and expire at the end of each month.

Please arrive to class on time so that you can complete the entire warm up.  This is an integral part of your workout and will help prevent injuries.

Class may be done in athletic shoes, soft-soled shoes, or bare/sock feet.
