This class is focused on improving muscle mass and bone density. Participants will be progressed from their current capability to a higher level of fitness. Improve your form for push ups, squats, lunges, and other body weight exercises. Weighted exercises and cardio elements will also be done. Must be able to get up and down to floor. |
Body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and other equipment is used.
